Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring : Account Executive
Job Description
· Supporting the Finance & Admin department in daily accounting work
· Perform accounting duties & administrative support – filling, data entry etc
· Prepare Bank Reconciliations
· Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable
· Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system
· Preparation of monthly report and ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
· All other adhoc admin / accounting duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
· Proficiency in Ms Excel, Words
· Hardworking & fast learner
· At least 2/3 years of experience in accounting & finance
· Strong understanding of accounting principles
· Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
