Job Description
Monitor compliance with self-isolation and COVID-19 test attendance
Handle outbound calls to travellers, tracking of attendance and enforcement actions taken
Enrolment of travellers for testing, rescheduling missed tests, coordinating with medical service provider and triggering follow-up enforcement where necessary
Reporting of monitoring outcomes and test results.
Ground visits and info gathering to locate uncontactable pax at declared accommodation
Follow-up on non-compliant pax with regard to testing
Serve SHN to non-compliant pax

Duration: Immediate to 28 Feb 2022
Working Hours: 4 days per week includes weekend (As per Roster); 8am-430pm/ 4pm-1230am (Transport provided)

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Min. A Level/ Diploma.
No work experience required.
Able to comply to roster
