Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide end user support in PC. email, printing, network, telephone & Audio Visual
• Troubleshoot of equipment such as PC, Switches, Projector
• Update and maintain IT Asset Inventory & equipment
• Improve and maintain IT process and documentation
• Overseeing & monitoring daily user support & IT infrastructure related matters
• Perform overall system administration & maintenance support
• Set up new PC/Laptop and manage user accounts
• System monitoring & propose improvements for network security
• Diagnosis and resolution of any IT related issues
• Improve productivity through configuration for cloud base application MS sales CRM, SharePoint, MS office 365 with MD and user.
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:
• Experience in providing daily IT support
• Experience in IT process and documentation
• Experience in configure NIS CRM and SharePoint
• Advantageous to have MS office 365, MS project
