Job Description:
Our client, a MNC is looking for a Service Manager for BMS.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a group of engineers
• Planning / assign engineers & manpower for the maintenance work & from project handover
• Supervising & managing of sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, trouble-shooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA system
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the client/Site Facility Management
• Attending customer spot call, develop close relationship & high level service to client
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge on BMS/PLC/HVAC
• At least 5 years of working experience in Building Control System
