Job Description:

– Up $3500 + VB

– Manufacturing Industry
Responsibilities:
• Liaise and coordinate with customer and technician on repair and service matters
• Handle customers’ enquiries, process orders and requests
• Ensure timely process of customer service orders (Raising of repair quotation, Monitoring of servicing status)
• Liaise with relevant department on timely dispatch of service orders to customers
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant industry will be preferred
• SAP System knowledge will be advantageous
• Only Singaporean may apply
