Job Description
Assist in encouraging the practice of Safe Management Measures or any other Covid-19 related advisory, guidelines or measures.
Monitor and control the entry and exit to all accessible areas to ensure group gathering are within government guidelines.
Disperse any congregations larger than the permissible group size based on prevailing guidelines on social gathering.
Remind all employees/ guests/ visitors that they are required to wear their masks at all times unless otherwise stated as per advisory.
Ensure that guests/visitors adhere to the prevailing safe management measures at all times
Provide updates and reports on safe distancing situations and promptly escalate to the Team ICs/ Supervisor if there is a breach of measures
Provide employee services and attend to visitors/employees’ requests / questions and redirect them to the appropriate departments(s) if necessary.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, any field.
Contract and Temporary position(s) available.
Information
Duration: 3 months extendable based on performance & business needs (able to work long)
Working hrs: Mon to Fri 8-5pm/9am-6pm (based on deployment)
