Job Description
• Manage the whole outlet operation from manpower planning, food and service standard, customer service, and promotion
• Responsible for the overall level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to company’s standards and goals in the areas of food cost, food quality, stock inventory, labour costs, employee relations, customer relations, safety, security, sanitation, accounting and personnel policies.
• Conduct inventories and order materials (food and paper) for the successful operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure all safety and security measures are being taken into consideration to provide guests with a pleasant dining experience and for staff to work in.
• Assess the performance of individual restaurant staff and give the necessary assistance, supervision and support to motivate their career development in company’s career development program.
• Anticipate changing business conditions, set goals and standards, plan and schedule work to meet operational requirements.
Job Requirements
• GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity with supervisory experience
• Experience in fast food chain restaurant will have added advantageous
• Able to commit shift hour
