Roles & Responsibilities

Looking a Marketing Performance Analyst who will be a core contributor to drive the awareness, acquisition, and engagement of customers on the app, and ensure that the key KPI’s for traffic, sales and performance are met and exceeded. This person reports to the Head of E-Commerce.
Drives and analyses traffic, customer acquisition, and engagement of Singapore platform, ensuring that we are able to meet KPI’s of traffic, engagement, transaction, repeat are as excellent as they can be.
Has a strong grasp of marketing tools and strategies and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Has experience on managing a marketing budget and how to drive marketing strategy from creative planning, execution, to post campaign analysis, on time and on budget. Must lead campaigns on time and on budget.
Deeply understands how to drive traffic effectively to our digital platforms in terms of customer acquisition and how to effectively use different channels to drive engagement.
Design, build and maintain brand presence, both above the line (print, social media, TVC, etc) and below the line (in store, promoters, etc)
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Strong sense of data and knows how to drive data driven decisions to optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Understands the local SG grocery market, strong familiarity of local competitor landscape, and is well versed in the digital e-commerce market in SG; and is a aspiring marketing leader.
Able to drive strong data driven decisions, especially with leveraging analysis from past campaigns, and other factors to make the best decisions on marketing campaigns.
Strong sensitivity to real-time performance and able to make timely decisions in the moment, with data, to optimize marketing investments.
Works closely with marketing teams, Site Ops/ Merchandising teams to drive campaigns.
Ideally comes from a background of working in MNC’s and has ability to manage reports across different regions including SG, China, and Southeast Asia.
Key KPI’s owned: traffic, sales, repeat purchase, engagement, ROI.

Requirements
Professional degree with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing in SG, ideally in MNC.
Strong knowledge and deep experience of marketing landscape and fundamentals in the local SG market. Ideally should come from a background of working in marketing in retail, FMCG or consumer brands in Singapore and has strong experience in managing marketing budget, driving campaigns and ROI.
Analytical and able to leverage data to make decisions, pre/ during/ post campaign.
People manager experience a plus.
E-commerce experience is not a must, though ideal, but should have a passion and strong interest in the e-commerce field.
Comfortable working in fast-faced, agile, collaborative and competitive team environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, is performance driven, and is well organized, hands on and details oriented.
Knows how to read sales dashboards to make timely decisions to drive performance.
