Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Gain a clear understanding of the market environment and customer/consumer requirements through proactively consulting and engaging with group companies. market research. market intelligence and other research and analysis functions.
• Develop a regional consumer-centric product strategy and product road map with General Manager and Manager in a joint effort with all strategic functions such as channel marketing. technical service and development center in Thailand.
• Head the cross-functional teams to translate the customer/consumer requirements to development / production functions through the end-to-end stage gate process and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Analyze global market and technology trends to identify new product opportunities that drive business performance and brand reputation of comp,
• Supervise the group companies to optimize the product line-up and reduce the SKU complexity.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials and campaigns in group companies for new product launches and brand awareness programs.
• Coordinate with all group companies for smooth budget process.
• Confirm the markets/product sales in line with mid-term product strategy.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of team development and readiness in ability to resolve to issues from multiple perspectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, business. economics or investigation research or its equivalent professional qualification
• Strong analytical abilities.
• open to travel (10, of time to mainly Thailand. Indonesia. India and Australia).
