Job Description:
• Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients.
• Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of the patients
• Plan and implement patient care accordingly
• Medication administration
• Ensure patients’ comfort and safety
• Update patient’s conditions to next of kin Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
• Registered nurse with SNB
