As a Senior/Staff Nurse in Community settings, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
Performing nursing procedures in patient’s home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc
Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carred out and medications dispensed
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and be registered with Singapore Nursing Board
Candidate who possess Advanced Diploma is an advantage.
