Due to business growth, we are looking for accomplished individuals to join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant role and to be a team leader.
What you will do:
– Managing own recruitment desk while taking responsibilities of a team leader.
– Leading a team of recruitment consultants, spearhead business development and sourcing for new business, develop existing clients.
– Monitor the team’s performance and reports results periodically to the manager.
– Provide guidance and mentoring junior consultants on good recruitment practices; ensure individual KPIs and sales objectives are being met.
– Offer suggestions about the best course of action to junior consultants.
– Motivates team members to achieve sales target and business goals.
– Recruiting new consultants, build and maintain team cohesiveness.
– Analyze individual training needs, recommend required training or conduct on-the-job coaching.
– Work with the management team to plan and implement business strategies, improve process and results.
What we are looking for:
– Minimum Degree qualification
-At least 5 years of working experience in the recruitment agency, preferably with supervisory or team management experience.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen with entrepreneurial mindset.
– Positive working attitude, self-driven and great team player.
