Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Involve in clinical services (attend ambulatory services and multidisciplinary rounds)
Provide drug information to respective healthcare personnel in the organization
Provide support for the development of drug information resources for healthcare professionals
Oversee the work of pharmacy technician and assistant
Involve in quality improvement and safety activities within the department
Requirements
Min Degree / Master in Clinical Pharmacy
Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Experience in clinical pharmacy is an added advantage
