Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Ensure job vacancies are posted on time and in accordance to branding guidelines be it on job boards or internal newsletter
• Assist in collating and updating the central library for preferred partners
• Update team projects in the internal portal in timely manner
• Coordinate with country teams for recruitment data and surveys, and consolidate the data for different management reports (e.g. aging days, recruitment statistics, etc.)
• Track recruitment sourcing channels, costs and savings
• Administrative support for social media as a sourcing tool
• Ensure administrative needs are well coordinated for Assessment Center
• Conduct reference checks
• Calendar management for team
• Support team in projects administration
• Take minutes whenever required
Requirements:
• Diploma in a business/HR admin
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Agility to align and adapt to our business dynamics in a fast-paced environment
• Great personality and professionalism when dealing with all stakeholders, internal and external
• Experience working in large MNCs with complexity in business nature and high level of ambiguity
• Meticulous, resilient and tenacious
• Work well independently and a strong team player
