We are looking for a Project Manager/Asst. Manager who is an expert in ERP project implementation (IT Applications) for one of our clients from real estate industry.
Employment type: 1-year renewal contract (Under Capita Payroll)
Job Scope:
• Involve end to end ERP project implementation activities:
• Gather user requirements
• Documenting the solution design and functional gaps
• Improve current process workflows
• Deliver project deliverables, service requests according to given project schedule and with quality
• Develop functional specifications for business users
• Prepare test scripts and carry out testing
• Support users in UAT
• Provide support to maintenance activities after project implementation.
• Take lead in project assignments and manage its scope and key stakeholders
• Gathering and analyzing business stakeholders’ requirements
• Handle interfaces from non-ERP system to ERP & vice-versa.
• Able to handle understand users’ complex workflow and requirements
• Identify operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices and integration issues
• Provide logical and ‘best practice’ solution for users
• Able to develop user guide and conduct training when required
• Drive good project management practices and governance within the IT team
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in IT with strong interests in business process and involved in at least 3 complete cycle of ERP project implementation
• Consultative and able to lead user discussions, manage scope and recommend solutions. Good stakeholder analysis skills
• Possess analytical, functional and technical competencies with structured approach towards problem-solving
• Knowledge in real estate would be an advantage
• Excellent project & vendor management skills & experience
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CITPM or equivalent) is a major advantage
