Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Learning & Development (L&D)
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations.
Actively Managing L&D related matters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support to establish a comprehensive L&D strategy by collaborating with regions and department; design and deliver world class learning solutions, in line with the overall business strategy.
To develop and implement corporate learning plan, training calendar, development paths and relevant learning solutions with the aim to equip the workforce with the relevant skills for the future.
Continuously to cultivate a positive learning-oriented culture and enhance the skill competencies through training programs across the organization.
Oversee all L&D related platform, registrations, administrations, and funding process.
Execute global/local training or mentorship program and maintain proper tracking and documentations.
Support the digitalization of L&D communication and learning solutions and actively supporting in global projects for the establishment of global L&D platform and necessary follow ups.
Develop and foster strong business partnerships with the training vendors and departments for better understanding of training needs.
Assist in review of and adherence to HR policies and procedures related to Learning & Development.
Participant in any other HR-related projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENT
Degree Holder in Human Resource/any job-related fields.
Minimum 5 years of related HR and Learning & Development experience.
Excellent in communication, inter-personal, follow up and presentation skills.
Shipping industry experience as an advantage.
