Job Description:
• Initiate new calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers
• Identify. contact and generate leads to gain market share
• Perform account searches on the internet
• Assess prospect needs and document potential sales opportunities to account managers
• Accurately log calls and update database with prospect information
• Present daily reports and other related performance feedback
• Review monthly hit rate and status report
Requirements:
• Diploma/’A’ Level
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ call center, customer service, or sales-related experience
• Eloquent and customer-oriented, with experience in cold calling
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (e.g Excel, Powerpoint, Word) other IT applications
