Job Title: Recovery Ward Nurse
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recovery Ward Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from surgical procedures, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients’ post-operative condition, vital signs, and recovery progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Collaborate with medical and surgical teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid SNB
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recovery, post-operative, or surgical ward nursing
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
