Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Lead and Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions.
Review, implement and maintain all policies, processes, and systems.
Ensure all labour and employment legislations, regulations and policies are complied.
Partner with business units to drive strategic initiatives & programs.
Provide advisory role on all human capital related activities.
Review and formulate strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent.
Develop and implement effective learning and development programs and initiatives.
Lead performance review, succession & talent development planning.
Lead and deliver HR transformation projects to create a high performing and inclusive workforce.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Well versed in employment laws and hands-on experience in payroll.
Able to assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able and comfortable to work with a diverse work force.
