Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
• Competitor Salary benchmarking, building employer branding and improving on employee engagement across ASEAN region
• Set performance standards across ASEAN region and evaluate HR teams
• Design employee’ compensation and benefit packages, and retain talent across ASEAN
• Define onboarding procedures to align with company culture
• Define training plans for employee and department
• Prepare and manage the division’s budget across ASEAN region
• Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements
• Design and implement company policies that comply with business objectives
• Ensure HR operations adhere to legal standards across the ASEAN region
• Support staff and managers on day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with ASEAN teams to craft organisation-wide strategies and objectives

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 6 years of work experience required for this position
• Good knowledge of local labour regulations for Singapore and Malaysia
• Good understand in full cycle of Recruitment. Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits will be an added advantage
