Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall reception duties
• Handle incoming and outing calls / visitors
• Receive and attend visitors and clients
• Coordinate and monitor activities for reception and meeting room areas
• Maintain tidiness of the environment
• Provide administrative support such as payment requisition, booking of meeting rooms. company transport, stationeries
• Arrange for postage and courier services, collection and distribution of mails as and when required

• Min 0 Levels and above
