Job Description:
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Admin
Executive cum Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:
– Provide secretarial support to MD
– Ensure timely submission of sales forecast, sales result and inventory report from all sales companies before submission deadline
– Analyze and summarize sales data before submitting and reporting to management team
– Support to monthly meeting such as sales review meeting & management meeting
– Work closely with regional representatives & ensure on-time submission on sales forecast
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned such as ISO 14001
Requirements:
– Minimum diploma holders with 3 years related experience
– Good communication, meticulous and have initiative
– Good team player and able to resolve issues independently
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for number management
– Efficient time management for multi ongoing task
