Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Support and provide management reporting for business activities
• Manage and co-ordinate annual business planning.
• Manage company’s financial status by forecasting, tracking and reporting actual income and expenses
• Manage vendor and customer service contract, IT services procurement and payments control.
• Plan and conduct customer satisfaction survey and generate survey analysis and KPIs for various functions.
• Work with other shared services units (eg, HR) to manage manpower and resource planning
• Manage annual staff performance evaluation exercise and staff training and development framework
• Provide internal support for compliance activities
• Plan and organize various other company initiatives, eg team building, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent relevant qualifications
• At least 10 years of working experience in supervising business management and support team
• Good work organization skills and able to manage operational processes and business activities
• Change management skills and ability to interact work with different parties
• Attention to detail with good analytical capability and reasoning abilities
• Good knowledge of corporate governance and compliance
