Job Responsibilities:
• To technically lead software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development and acceptance testing
• To decompose technical tasks, analyse and provide accurate estimates
• To provide high quality technical solutions and design to business requirements.
• To coach and empower less experienced members of your team in onsite and offshore locations.
• To undertake development tasks without supervision, including software designing, programming, code review and testing.
• To monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
• Able to work in onsite- off shore model

Job Requirements:
• Strong skills in Java programming, 00P concepts and UML.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and design tools.
• Experience in Spring Source products Core, web service, web flow
• Experience in implementation of web services using AXIS and APACHE CXF frameworks.
• Experience in testing framework & tools like JUnit, JMeter etc is an added advantage
• Object-relational Mappers (e.g., Hibemate, IBATIS, JPA)
• Experience in web application development.
• Experience in micro service development.
• Experience in AWS/Openshift plafform.
• Web front-end experience HTML5/CSS/JQuery.
• Experience in working with customer directly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in agile methodology
