Job Responsibilities:
• Prompt handling of all phone calls, faxes and emails in a professional manner.
• Follow-up on customer enquiries and requests (e.g. document requests, credit note/debit note request etc.)
• Process all types of order promptly and accurately according to business model.
• Ensure timely order submission to Logistics.
• Urgent order coordination & follow-up.
• Credit block timely follow-up and feedback order status to related parties.
• Establish good rapport with customers.
• Timely filling for all related files and documents
Job requirements
• 0 Levels
• Working experience of ERP system is preferred.
• Customer oriented and good service mindset.
• Accurate and meticulous.
• Process sense of urgency, with ability to perform in a face-paced and high-stress work environment.
• Good team player with ability to work independently.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
