Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring Accounts Assistant (AR) — URGENT!
Training provided
Looking for candidates who can start on short notice period
We’re an automotive company located at Carros Centre
Shuttle bus service provided to and fro Kranji MRT
5 day work week
9am-6pm

Job Duties
Responsible for Accounts Receivable – issue invoice, process payment & follow up on outstanding payments
Ensure accurate data entry & perform daily administrative duties
Review and reconcile Statement of Accounts (SOA)
Assist with any ad-hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications of Diploma in Accounting or relevant field
Preferably at least 2 years experience in Accounting industry
Preferably to familiar with Xero Accounting System
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
