Technical Support Associate
Salary Offer Range: $2300-$2600
Work Location: Somerset
Duration: 1 year contract on a yearly renewal basis, subject to performance assessment
• To co-ordinate utility meter installation
• To attend and follow up on customer’s requests/feedback To follow up on meter reading matters (e.g. high variance/meter reading not obtainable etc)
• Daily processing of workflow for tenant account set-up
• Ad-hoc meter reading
• Ad-hoc meter installation
• Ad-hoc meter testing
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in Relevant engineering
