Job Description:
Account management
Establish and maintain close working relationships with e-Commerce partners, such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, which supports the company’s online business.
Work with e-Commerce partners and enabler to ensure timely execution of proposed plans.
Explore new growth opportunities within e-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
Coordinate with e-Commerce partners for product listings / pricing / promotion mechanics.
Achieve business objectives and deliver revenue by creating strong and effective eCommerce campaigns.
Drive business growth
Develop and execute e-Commerce strategic plans, with the objective of delivering strong business growth and strengthening the equities of assigned brands.
Work closely with Marketing team to drive integration and execution of marketing plans and activities for Company online flagship stores.
Assist Key Account Manager to drive sales growth for the Household portfolio on eCommerce platforms and other offline channels.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide enriching e-Commerce content.
Manage new product launches timelines and demand forecasting, work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely launches.
Drive performance marketing to optimize campaign goals.
Operations
Manage or refresh Company online flagship stores’ assets, such as e-Banners, thumbnails.
Plan and oversee online platforms live streaming’s scripting, production and conduct post event analysis.
Manage allocated e-Commerce Advertising and Promotion (A&P) resources effectively.
Ensure smooth daily operations in all aspects of the company’s e-Commerce business.
Analysis and reporting
Perform deep analysis on campaigns and business performance to continuously improve the company’s e-Commerce performance KPIs.
Conduct consumer research on e-Commerce landscape and usability best practices, analyzing industry trends.

Job Requirements:
Candidates who possess a Diploma / Degree in relevant fields, such as Business or Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the e-Commerce business or platform, and has past FMCG experience, or experience in related retail sectors.
Candidates with online marketplace management experience preferred.
Possess strong knowledge of the FMCG industry / personal care, beauty or household categories.
Possess strong analytical skills with sharp business acumen.
Has a good eye for design and details, preferably with photo and video editing knowledge.
Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Has good copywriting skills.
Resourceful and able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
Results oriented and able to take calculated risks to complete tasks.
Self-motivated and highly committed.
Has a good work attitude with a positive mindset to learn and progress.
