Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Deliverables on admin paper work as required.
• Perform software/firmware upgrade on the equipment at various locations.
• Perform inventory checks on the network equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting on Cisco network equipment (routers/switches/firewall)
• Respond to fault calls based on end user requests.
Requirements:
• Training will be provided
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Network
• CCNA/CCNP
• Knowledge / Experience in CISCO routers and switches
