Responsibilities:
• Ensuring smooth operations within the Order Fulfillment Team
• Handling full spectrum of order fulfillment activities (including processing of Delivery and Purchase Orders)
• Responsible for the verification of shipping documents
• Managing of relevant data to support exception handling (i.e. change in destination)
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (such as Sales Team) so as to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Support in improvement projects

Requirements:
• Candidates should preferably possess a Diploma of any field or any equivalent professional qualifications
• Bring along at least 2 years of experience within a similar function
• Experience in a 3PL firm will be an advantage
• Possess a keen to learn attitude and take initiative in their work
• Able to adapt to a fast paced environment
