Roles & Responsibilities
Nurse Manager will lead a team of nurses in providing quality care to patients at the inpatient suite.

Your role involves :
– Participate in the development and implementation of a person-centred care delivery model.
– Implement strategies for care integration and promote best practices in primary care nursing.
– Identify training and development needs of nursing staff according to their potentials.
– Lead and support the development of service needs in alignment with the organization’s strategic directions.
– Lead teams to achieve established objectives efficiently with management team and provide leadership.
– Manage nursing manpower (e.g. perform recruitment, development & appraisal and promote staff wellbeing) together with nursing management team.
