Job Description:

Duties:
• Support the HR functions including Operations and Talent Acquisition activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate job postings through various channels and job sites.
• Initial screening of applicants, scheduling of interviews and conducting on-boarding activities and reference checks.
• Liaise with Universities on possible opportunities for internships and participation in appropriate job fairs.
• Prepare and schedule regular new hire orientation.
• Coordinate and drive employee engagement activities/events.
• Maintains employee records/personal files and follow up on completion of documentation.
• Participate in ad hoc HR initiatives and projects.
• Maintain updated organization charts.
• Administer the HRIS system data integrity and accuracy.
• Support the creation of a staff benefit handbook for offices.
• Any HR other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Candidate with at least 3 year experience as a HR specialist is a plus, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
• Candidate with the proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Candidate who is experience in G Suite will be highly preferred.
• Candidate who is familiar with Employment Act and work passes application processes is a plus.
