• Responsible for employee benefits and communications
• Assist in Performance management, C&B
• Support various HR projects and activities
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree holders
• Experience in dealing with the union matters is essential
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Possess a high level of initiative and able to multi-task
• Great team player and is responsible and independent
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
