Job Description:

Job Duties:
• Greet guests and provide them with customer service
• Answer questions and incoming calls.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Provide information, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to guest, complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payment

Requirements:
• ITE/NITEC/G.C.E ‘0.PA’/Diploma
• Basic knowledge of IT
• Detailed focus and accuracy in figures
• Able to multi-task
• Customer service orientated
• Results orientated
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Able to work 5 day work week including shifts and weekends

Other information:
• Location: West, Pioneer
• Work Duration: 6 months
• 5 days work week – Rotating day/night shift timing as per below:
• 7.00am – 4.09pm
• 1.45pm – 10.54pm
• 10.30pm – 07.39am
