Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Transform current customer services into “Digital” driven services by implementing several digital tools such as Live Chat, Chat Bot and CRM systems.
Improves customer experience with digital tools and standardized business processes.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Sales Force’s products especially on “Chat” areas.
Design the business process (Rate Quotation, Booking, Documentation) by using Signavio which is the digital Business Process designing system.
Business Process Improvement , focusing on Booking and Post Booking process (EDI, Portal Site, Company own eCommerce).
Engaged in quality management for customer service activities together with the regional customer service teams.

Requirements:
MS Excel, Power Point or similar type of tools (i.e. Google Spreadsheet etc.)
Salesforce project (Service Cloud) experience.
Insightful Knowledge and comprehensive experience for container shipping industry.
IT related education background would be preferable.
2 years of working experience in Container Shipping Industry (Booking, Customer Service, Shipping Documentation etc)
1 years of working experience in Sales Force (CRM system) development and implementation.
