Job Description:
– Focus on strategic development of Facilities Management business relationships and creating new customer base and service partners.
– Identify new and possible business opportunities in creating and establishing FM /1FM services.
– Conduct tender, administration, costing generation and tenser submission management.
– Engage in competitive FM tenders and create business proposals.
– Generate business SOPs, marketing plans, create write-ups for tender proposals and submissions.
– Negotiate with suppliers, service partners and sub-contractors.
– Enhance the relationship with service partners and suppliers for the delivery of FM projects and businesses.
– Carry out new projects within timeline and budget, and to meet SLAs and KPI’s set out in the contractual document.
– Manage multiple FM accounts and operations.
Job Requirement
– Minimum Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building and relevant discipline from recognised tertiary institute.
– Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management and business development.
