Job Description:
– Full spectrum of HR duties
– Handling compensation & benefits of the company
– End-to-end recruitment process including posting of advertisements to onboarding of new employees
– Review and implement HR policies
– In charge of HR matters such as employee grievances, training and development
– Office management including the facilities and miscellanous supplies
– Handle all ISO audit & compliance matters
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent qualification
– Atleast 3 years of experience in HR
– Comfortable with handling administrative, office and HR duties
– Experience in Quality Management/ ISO Audit
– Good knowledge of Human Resource Practices & MOM laws
