The Job Description of the Temp Accounts Assistant:
Issue official receipt
Post receipt journals into the accounting system
Filing of sales invoices, debit / credit note
Matching sales invoice issue internally against fund receipt
Stock take in Sept and Dec 2021
Prepare USD GST conversion worksheet for quarterly GST reporting
Period of contract: From 20/09/2021 – 18/02/2022
Relevant Job Skills/ Training will be provided.

Requirements:
Basic accounting Knowledge
Some working experience in accounting
