St Joseph’s Home, a Person-centered residential healthcare facility located in Jurong West, is redefining the way we take care of our elderly, and would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:
Senior/ Staff Nurse
Job Description:
– Responsible for ensuring person-centric care according to the needs of the residents and their respective conditions
– A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effective managerial qualities in compliance with the ENHS (Enhanced Nursing Home Standards)
– Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care
– Build rapport with residents and their families
– Provide supervision and clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
– Involved in orientation and on-going training of nursing staff
Key Requirements:
– Diploma/ Degree in Nursing from an institution approved by the SNB (Singapore Nursing Board)
– Vlid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB
– A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effectivemanagerial qualities
– Good communications skills
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
