Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the Regional Sales Engineer position.
Plan and carry out the Sales & Marketing activities for Healthcare Microscope Solutions products:
Develop marketing plan for Singapore and international market.
Attend and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Research market situation in Singapore and respective countries in charge & provide relevant findings to department.
Establish good relationship with customers in ASEAN countries in charge.
Responsible for tender documentation.
Achieve sales target:
Provide technical assistance and product education to distributors, dealers and customers when necessary to achieve sales target.
Develop new customer leads and manage existing customer base for more potential sales.
Update status of inquiries on Sales Force for team’s discussions.
Create client quotations and manage sales projects.
Negotiate tender and contract terms.
Track & pursue account payable for outstanding debts.
Work closely with Sales team and other technical experts to achieve KPI.
Prepare technical presentations to propose solutions to meet client’s needs including demonstration.
Analyze costs and sales for healthcare related products.
Training & education:
Conduct training and produce materials to dealers and distributors.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
Degree in Life science, Biotechnology
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare industry, microscopy usage or knowledge
Professional, self-motivated, reliable, resourceful and well-organized
A dynamic team player with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to travel for business trip to SEA regional countries
