Job Description
• Provide Professional Recruitment and Human Resource Consulting Services to Clients and Jobseekers
• Develop and build a strong database of IT Professionals Talent pool and project opportunities
• Perform Talent Acquisition functions such as Job Interviews, matching candidates to various jobs, understanding the requirements and desires of various job-seekers
• Develop New Clients and maintain regular sales calls or emails follow up to build rapport with clients

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Information Technology
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Sales with exposure to high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communications & resourceful attitude
• Self-motivated. target-oriented and sales-focused, with passion towards client servicing a must.
• CEI Certification a plus.
