Roles & Responsibilities
We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a HR and Admin Executive who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.
Job Description / Duties:
Responsible for all General Human Resource matters
Involved in designing and creating learning resources, training materials and e-contents
Market information search and data/report compilation
In charge of ensuring smooth day to day business operations
Handle General Administrative Duties
Provide support to the various departments
Assist in internal talent acquisition and recruitment related duties
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma /Degree
Good in Microsoft Excel
Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
Meticulous, highly organized and able to multi-task
