Our client a Swiss MNC looking for a 6 month contract HR admin
1. MOM work pass application and checkout – monthly renewal and adhoc basis for new hire / cancellation / appeal process
2. Job posting for mycareerfuture and jobstreet – Regular check, post and validate the info, refresh the portal for valid job position.
3. Entry application (coordination and ensure the submission process for PCA, WPHL, MOM entry application for CMP sector)
4. Update regular details to BSC (such as oversea leave details, levy details)
5. Onboarding briefing (OJT form issuance / notify OJT trainer twice a month)
6. Recruitment process for interview scheduling, document collection, update, and response to enquiries.
7. Invoice payment processing (verification and submit to APSSC for payment release), and monthly MHC invoice report, corporate bill verification.
8. Event update (coordination with vendor for scheduling, approval, sourcing), update regular to intranet.
9. Grant access for Grab user, liaise with vendor for any matters / SRS swab portal access
10. Training coordination, registration, sourcing and cert collection.
11. Accommodation update including OFWAS, handle EI accommodation for Oxford and SP. Notify hotel for all check in and check out matter/payment.
12. Cover reception
13. Others based on ad-hoc request.
