Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Accountant/Accounts Executive (Financial Planning & Analysis)
Purpose As a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, her/his key roles include financial analysis, budgeting, budgetary controls, management reporting and expenses management/costing. She/He should be deeply involved in the business and advises management on business decisions and areas for improvements.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
• Support the monthly process of consolidation of group results; which include preparation of MIS to entities and upload of data to system on a monthly basis.
• Assist in year-end procedures including filling of year-end consolidation package schedules
• Support financial analysis of the Group’s performance, budget variance analysis
• Preparation of timely and accurate management reports for submission to Management, ARC and Board for review and decision-making purpose.
• Prepares ad hoc reports to management including reports on Group’s performance and product and project performance.
• Support system implementation on data migrations.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or professional accountancy qualification (eg ACCA, CIMA) in local university.
Open to consider O level or A level fresh graduates .
Minimum Years/Type of Experience:
– Fresh grads from local public universities are welcome.
– Candidates with good business acumen, financial analysis and management accounting experience is preferred
– Candidates should have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Ability to work with all levels of staff and cope with changes is essential
– IT Savy, good in Excel Power Pivot/Power BI/Powerpoint or Experience with ERP implementation (Oracle fusion) and process improvements will be a distinct advantage.
