Job Description:
Assist the team manager in and not limited to:
• Overseeing daily user support and IT infrastructure matters (Network, Servers and Projects)
• System and Network Monitoring
• Participate in IT and Operations processes improvements
• Developing and improving BCP and DRP processes and policies
• Updating and proper management of IT documentations
• Plan and implement Ad-Hoc IT Infrastructure Projects
• Participate and implementation of Local. Regional and Global Projects
• Conduct Trainings for Super Users, IT Colleagues and new Staffs

Requirements:
• At least a Tertiary education in Computer related disciplines
• 1-3 years of related IT working experience
• Candidates with more experience maybe considered for senior positions
• Knowledge in Windows Servers Management, TCP/IP networking, Cisco Products like routers. switches
• Knowledge in managing and supporting clients and server environment
• Hands-on system installation and configuration experience would be advantageous
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Willing to learn
• Customer Service Oriented
• Able to start work immediately or a short notice of 2 weeks
