Job Description
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Senior HR Manager.
Job Scope:
Business Partner role, overseeing both full HR spectrum and facilities management
Responsible for HR matters of both domestic and regional branch office.
Overseas Talent Management and recruitment activities, including salary proposal and onboarding.
Conduct annual perfornance evaluation and salary review exercise.
Review and provide advice on succession planning.
Plan and organize training and development activities for employees
Ensure sensitive HR activities timeline are fulfilled in a timely manner, ie. Contract renewal, confirmations.
Review of company policies to be in line with MOM employment Act and government requirements.
Conduct and review on yearly Employees’ Opinion Survey (EOS)
Handle grievances and disciplinary cases when necessary.
Involve in global initiatives implemented by Headquarter.
Processing of staff claims in PPSS (HR software)
RepresenTative of various corporate functions such as ISM, compliances environmental, workplace safety and health matters.
Ensure that facilities contracts are renewed on a yearly basis and follow up of ad hoc facilities issues.
Requirement:
Possess Degree qualification, preferably major in the field of HR.
Possess IHRP certification would be of added advantage
At least 7-10 years of HR experience with some experience in leadership/ management capacity.
Strong knowledge in MOM Employment Act and updated with government guidelines.
