Job Description:
Position: Account Manager
A global technology and manufacturing leader in measuring and controlling pressure and temperature.
Location: Kaki Bukit Working Hours: 9:00AM — 6:00PM, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying customer needs and providing them complete pre-sales solutions.
• Providing post-sales technical support and assisting customers with product and application troubleshooting.
• Creating and providing quotations and respond to customer enquiries/requests in a timely manner.
• Selling products and solutions and providing technical support through phone, email and face-to-face meeting.
• Working with and updating product management on product specification changes.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of five years’ experience in instrumentation and/or process control.
• Candidates must have experience in Channel Sales Management.
• This role will require frequent travelling within the region to visit clients and potential clients for account development.
