Job Description:
Specific Responsibilities:
Understand market trends and audience behaviours and develop strategies to target them that eventually leads to sales.
Oversees and develops marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, campaigns or events that align with consumer behaviour patterns and business goals.
Manage Company yearly Brand Plan/Budget.
Works with internal teams to coordinate and execute strategies as well as external parties like news and media organizations to promote events and campaigns.
Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics.
Website and social media platform content update and content writing.
Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline.
Organizing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
Assisting sales operations and coordination with distributor for matters such as stock, customer queries, delivery and orders.
Contacting chain pharmacies buyers or e-commerce to discuss in-store promotions, displays and any other stock issues, marketing plans or any other ad hoc communication.
Liaising of new/renewal of Chain Pharmacies Trading Term Agreement.
Working with suppliers for advertisement and promotion (bus advertising , printing company, gimmicks)
Generating sales and marketing report vs target for OTC and Pharmacy area and analysis with team on areas of improvement.
New product listing to customers.
Product training to chain pharmacies employees / promoter.
Work closely with merchandiser on the market information and displays.
Assist in Key Account sales with buyers and other ad hoc duties.

Job Specifications/Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration and Management or in a discipline related to pharmaceuticals
Preferably with Marketing Experiences (5 years and above) for chain pharmacies or similar industries.
Organized, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player.
Analytical and creative individuals who implement marketing strategies to support business growth.
