Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Japanese MNC is currently looking for a HR Director position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership on the HR policies, practices, organisation culture and ethical practices for the group companies in APAC region
• Provide direction and improvement plans to the group’s remuneration package. benefits. compensation and insurance policies, practices and plans in attracting and retaining staff
• Lead and oversee welfare programmes to encourage social interaction, bonding, sense of belonging and company identity
• Develops strong working relationships with regional managers while taking proactive approach in addressing the issues
Job Requirements:
• Degree with at least 15 years of HR experience — at least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner role with previous operational experience
• Resourceful, hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders and engage all levels of people
