Job Description/Requirement:
• Basic PC support
• MS Office 2010/2016, Office 365 — Outlook
• Cisco IP phone
• BT Netrix dealer board basic support (only log call and follow up with vendor)
• PC workstation and screen setup in the Trading desk environment.
• User desk relocation setup and arrangement. (within the office)
• Instant messenger support Reuters Eikon messenger support ICE instant messenger support Web Wehcat and Whatsapp
• Bloomberg basics support
